Currently you can't pre-schedule reviews. Only an admin can launch a review and would need to click "publish" when ready. Pre-scheduling would give admins more flexibility in launching reviews.

Hi Alison, currently the closest you can do is to setup automations instead to fire at the end of each month, week, quarter or in a certain day of the year. Here is how you can do it;
