Right now there are options for anonymous feedback for results and provider. We would like provider and feedback to both be visible, BUT ALSO, we would like managers to have the option to audit each peer feedback, before going directly to the reviewee. Ideally managers could then choose to allow that feedback, or mark provider or results visible or hidden.
