Would like the option of opening links outside of Teamflect only. Right now, they are opening in my browser AND in my teamflect window, and I can't get back to the page I was using in Teamflect.

Teamflect Product Team, sure! I'm attaching a screenshot. When I click a link that was put into the notes of a meeting, it will open the webpage in my browser and also my teamflect meeting notes will disappear and the webpage will be opened within my teamflect window. There is no back button or way to navigate back to my meeting notes, other than to go back to Home in Teamflect, then navigate back to that meeting.
