Could you add a notification category that is daily as a summary notification? Getting instant emails on 30 or 40 goals clogs up the inbox, and having "never" or "instantly" as the only options is limiting. Maybe use the Teams method of summarizing notifications.

What I am noticing is that receiving feedback one by one keeps people very busy at the moment. It used to be delivered all at once, so people had one moment to read it and deal with the anxiety around it. Now the feedback comes in over several weeks. I see that people find it difficult to handle this over such a long period.
