In the notes section, the headings are "Who is this note about?"; "This is a note about myself". This gives the impression that people are encouraged to make notes about other colleagues which might be relevant for people managers, but not individual contributors.

Can this be changed to "I want to share this note with" and "This is a note for myself"?
