For now, I can only see my tasks or those that I assign, but if my team assigns tasks to each other, it's important for me to see them, to see their full workload.
Additional to see how the work plan is composed in the calendar, especially weekly.

Allow us to create a project while adding tasks to it that are visible to all project members even if the task is not assigned to them.

It would be great if the option “Watch” is there where managers can receive notifications about the updates or progress of a task of their choice and interest.
