As admin I would appreciate more informative note when I'm about to e.g. delete the review cycle. Now infobox says:

"Are you sure you want to delete this cycle" - so you actually don't know if you selected the correct cycle. When testing and then deleting this to clean up system, this feature would be a great support not to delete or change anything important.

So in this specific case it couls be "Are you sure you want to delete XXXX cycle".
