What I’m looking for is a calendar-style view where Teamflect tasks (especially those with due dates) can be visualized across days or weeks, similar to how meetings appear in a calendar. This would make it easier to plan workload, prioritize tasks, and quickly spot deadline conflicts.

In addition, having the ability to assign a duration to tasks (for example, 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.) would make this even more useful. Tasks with a due date and duration could then appear as time-blocked items in the calendar.

An Outlook integration would ideally allow these tasks to sync into Outlook so they appear alongside meetings. From there, I could move tasks around in Outlook while planning my day (for example, shifting a task to a different time or even a different day), and Teamflect would update accordingly to reflect those changes. This two-way interaction would help keep tasks and schedules aligned without duplicating effort across tools.

Overall, this would help with realistic day planning, balancing meetings with focused work, and adapting plans as schedules change, especially since much of my day is already managed in Outlook.
