Hello Dear Dominika, we classify all meetings between 2 parties as 1-1 meeting, but this can be changed by the meeting participants. They can click the "..." button and click the "Remove this meeting" button, if they think that this meeting should not appear in their 1-1 meetings list. Do you think that this can help?

Teamflect Product Team Thank you for your efforts on this feature! However, I was wondering if this solution aligns with our initial suggestion. It might be more effective if employees could tag specific meetings (or series of meetings) as "1:1."
For example, I have plenty of meetings with my manager, but only about 5% of them are true 1:1 sessions focused on feedback and development. The remaining 95% are working sessions. Being able to differentiate these would make the feature much more practical and valuable.
