We've noticed that external users, such as vendors and service accounts, are appearing under our direct reports in Teamflect due to the sync with our internal directory. These individuals are not actual direct reports, and we would like a way to exclude them from appearing in the 'Direct Reports' section within Teamflect. We understand the line manager parameter cannot be removed due to directory sync requirements, but we're hoping there's a way to filter or exclude external accounts from this view.
