We need the ability to share SOPs or company documents to staff and have them sign as having viewed the documents. At most, an LMS would be amazing but at minimum a way for us to hold staff accountable to process.

Add the ability to create forms or documents that can obtain a signature or acknowledgment line just like the reviews sections. We need HR documents created, signed and tracked and would like to create waivers or addendums to handbooks or legal documents that require signature from all staff. Add signature functionality to tasks, goals, feedback, notes along with the reviews.

Would be nice to have a form builder for a document library, with e-signatures, for example, employee handbooks.
