Default attributes and fields are editable

Attributes that are added by default shoud be editable. Currently it;s imposible to change the label of default attributes and it;s a massive blocker as each organisation may have different nomenclature. Same goes for goals - I want to have team and department attribute and goal types.

Is it possible to change the default options? We don't use Quarters, but use Trimesters.

Would also love to be able to customize the dates here. We use quarters, but starting our review calendar year in June.
