As part of our compliance with data retention regulations, it's critical for us to manage user data in a secure and timely manner — particularly around deletion or anonymization. Handling this manually can be both time-consuming and error-prone, increasing the risk of non-compliance. We believe that having automated feature for anonymization or deletion would be a valuable enhancement to your platform, not only for us but likely for many EU customers facing similar requirements
We are proposing a feature which would be able to:
  1. Automatically anonymize or delete user data after a fixed period of time (e.g. 5 years), based on user account activity, deactivation, or employment end date
  2. Anonymize personally identifiable data (such as feedback, goals and reviews) while optionally retaining de-identified data for reporting
In our case this feature is required for the Performance Management Module, however would be beneficial for Teamflect to apply it throughout the whole platform.
