Creating skills in addition to competencies.

Skills are often singular and can be part of a competency, but they are often things an employee must be able to perform (e.g., enter a sales order independently). A competency is a skill, knowledge, and attitude, and can have many factors (i.e., leadership, communication, etc.). It would be great to add skills to competencies and roles to better assess employees.

Hi Rachael, thank you for sharing your feedback. To better understand your vision, could you share a bit more about how you’d like this to work? For example:
- What would you like to achieve or see by linking skills to competencies and roles?
- How would you expect these to appear or be used in assessments or performance reviews?
- Are there any specific outcomes or reports you’d like to generate from this setup?
Your insights will help us shape this idea for our Product team. Looking forward to your response!
