Having the ability to swap the order of the rating scale starting from high values to low values is important to us because psychologically starting with/seeing the highest rating first puts people in a more positive mindset. By putting high-tier choices first, it lowers the friction of the review process. Also, it seems that most surveys start with the highest rating and move down from there so we would like to mimic that.
