Customer created a recognition badge such as “Welcome on board officially” for employees who pass the trial/probation period.

Current limitation: probation periods vary by role, so a fixed date-based automation is not flexible enough.

Requested behavior:

Automatically send recognition badges when a probation/onboarding milestone is completed.

Support flexible timing based on role-specific probation periods.

Example:

30-day probation → badge after 30 days

60-day probation → badge after 60 days
