Business Case: Customers often write thank you messages in chats, on phone or by mail.
It would be good to have possibility, so that employees could create self-review in feedback forms or review, if they got feedback for other employees and attach screenshot , or copy it in text directly. We would like to have this feedback visible on employee's profile, so that managers can consider it during reviews.
