If an email comes in with the details that I would like to convert to a task, I would like to, from Outlook create the teamflect task.

Hi Ana. You can do this now with the teamflect add-in for Outlook. Unfortunately, however, you cannot create a talking point for a PARTICULAR teamflect meeting from Outlook. I've put a snapshot below.
