When a colleague is added to a sub‑objective, it would be helpful if that sub‑objective could appear as a master (parent) objective for them in performance reviews.

Currently, when reviews are set to show only parent goals, sub‑objectives are hidden. This can make review forms very long if all objectives are shown.

Allowing assigned colleagues to treat a sub‑objective as a master objective would help keep review forms shorter while still giving them visibility and accountability for their work.
