It would be great to have a way to view all notes related to a specific person in one place — including private, shared, and meeting notes — and then generate an AI summary of the key points. This would save time and help managers prepare more thoughtful, well-rounded reviews.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Andrew. Currently, you should be able to view all notes for a specific user within the Notes module. Just to clarify, are you hoping for an option within the Notes module that allows viewing notes per individual user more directly? Any additional details you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Myka, yes, you can view, but it would be helpful to summarise all the notes as different people often leave them. We use them to record positive indicators or warning signs for our competencies. To be able to summarise all would be helpful, rather than copy them all or export (which only admins can do, this would be another good tool for non-admins) and then use another tool to summarise.
