Stakeholders without a Microsoft account currently have no supported way to get access to Teamflect. This adds access management for non-Microsoft users, letting admins grant non-Microsoft collaborators access. Useful for organizations that need to collaborate with vendors, contractors, or internal non-Microsoft stakeholders.

Allow Externals to Give Recognition

Allow a link to be shared with externals to give recognition to employees. It is one 1 link and the same link can be shared. Externals have access to select who to give recognition to because they have access to a library of employees. The system records their name and contact information. Provide a feature that only lets the link work for a limited period of time. (similar to how you run a survey)

support for external support workers. there are times when we need to collaborate with contractors, consultants who are outside of the organisation. being able to include them without provide full internal access would be a key feature for us
