If I want to set up a 1:1 meeting, Teamflect only suggests slots compatible. In my organization, many people have non mandatory meetings in their outlook calendar, so it is really difficult to find the proper slot via Teamflect.

As a manager, I would like to be able to suggest and choose a time slot that is NOT compatible, and contact the person to make themselves available.
