Currently, tasks in Teamflect have a binary measurement type (complete / not complete), which makes it difficult to use them in scenarios where different tasks contribute unequally toward progress.

For example, some customers want to structure objectives and sub-objectives with weighted tasks (e.g., Task 1 = 10%, Task 2 = 40%, Task 3 = 25%). In this model, completing Task 2 would contribute more to the overall progress than completing Task 1.

This request is to allow admins to assign a percentage weight to each task so that task completion rolls up into weighted progress for objectives or sub-objectives.

This would help:

Provide more accurate progress tracking for complex projects.

Align task contribution with business impact.

Reduce the need to model everything as Goals/Key Results when weighted tasks are more appropriate.
