Sure, we have 360's in our performance reviews and everyone is asking for feedback. It's difficult to see who has asked you for feedback, who you've responded to, and what is outstanding to complete before the deadline. If someone were to receive too many requests and get overwhelmed, it would be helpful to be able to go in and reduce or redirect their requests. As it stands, there's nowhere to find this information all together in one easy to find place.
