New task status: In progress (alongside Not started and Completed)
Task lifecycle is now clearer: Not started → In progress → Completed

Homepage widget redesigned:

Tasks scoped to last 30 days (created or due)
New status buckets: Not started, In progress, Completed, Overdue

Progress calculation improved:

Now reflects completed tasks out of total

Consistent status behavior across:

Tasks, Goals, Reviews, Meetings, and Profile views
Status changes are now logged clearly in the activity history
