🤖 Smarter Reviews with AI-Powered Quick Actions

We’ve introduced a new Quick Actions panel in reviews: bringing AI assistance and key actions into one place.

Available on:
Starter, Essential, and Professional plans (with AI settings & Agent enabled for end users)

What changed:
  • New Quick Actions section added to the review page
AI-powered buttons tailored by role:
  • For employees:
    Draft self-reviews, generate evidence, and structure answers
  • For managers:
    Check bias & tone, summarize performance with supporting evidence
AI responses now use richer context:
  • Goals, tasks, recognitions, feedback, and 1:1 notes
  • Review period and template questions
New reviewer-only action panel on the right:
  • See notes
  • Create task
  • Send recognition
Cleaner experience:
  • Removed duplicate actions (e.g., “New task”)
  • Fixed missing “Feedback & Recognition” section titles
Why it matters:
  • Helps employees write stronger, evidence-backed self-reviews faster
  • Helps managers deliver more consistent, unbiased evaluations
  • Reduces context switching: everything you need is now inside the review
