Self-initiated 360-degree feedback within the app!

With our latest update, end-users now have the ability to initiate their own 360-degree feedback cycles, enhancing self-assessment and personal growth opportunities. Managers can also easily start feedback cycles for their team members, streamlining the feedback process and fostering a more comprehensive evaluation. Simply click the "New Feedback" button to begin.

Please note that this feature must be enabled in the Admin Center to be accessible.
