✍️ Review Signatures Now Support Comments

You asked, loudly, and we listened! From now on, reviewees and reviewers can add comments when signing their reviews, making the signature step more transparent, human, and aligned with real performance conversations.
This update directly addresses customer feedback for employees to express appreciation, add clarifications, or note disagreements during the sign-off stage.

Optional or Mandatory Signature Comments
Admins can now configure whether reviewees may or must leave a comment when signing.

Signature comment settings are part of the
Reflect Changes
functionality in Reviews:
Existing non-finalized reviews will adopt new settings immediately
Older reviews created before this feature will default to “comments disabled” unless admins enable it
With this update, the review signature is no longer just compliance: it becomes acknowledgment, reflection, and documentation.
