Previously, Review Insights focused on data associated with a single reviewer. With the enhanced Insights experience, admins can now analyze finalized review data across the entire review cycle and drill down into specific teams or managers when needed.

Select one or multiple managers to instantly analyze the combined results of their teams. Your charts and breakdowns automatically update based on your selection, making it much easier to identify differences and patterns across teams.

Managers accessing Insights from Reviews About My Team will continue to see data relevant to their own reporting hierarchy.
They can navigate through managers within their hierarchy and select a reviewer to analyze the finalized review results for that person's team.
