📢 ''New Task'' Button in Reviews

We've added a "New Task" button to the right-hand side panel under the "Tasks in this review" section. When clicked, this button opens a task creation popup, allowing review participants to define action items directly during the review process.

By default, the user who opens the modal is set as the task owner, making it easier to assign follow-ups for post-review actions such as approvals, development items, or managerial tasks.
