📢New in Reviews: Average Score of Feedback Results

We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to bring greater clarity and consistency to 360-feedback results. Now, reviews will display average scores from each feedback group (peers, managers, and other stakeholders) once their input is submitted.

This enhancement allows reviewees, reviewers, and admins to easily compare perspectives, spot trends, and identify alignment or discrepancies across roles. It’s a powerful step toward more actionable, transparent feedback that supports balanced performance assessments and informed development conversations.
