📢 New Anonymity Options for 360-Degree Feedback in Reviews

We've introduced additional settings to enhance privacy for the 360-degree feedback functionalities in the Reviews and Feedback modules.

Now, feedback visibility can be adjusted to maintain anonymity, even for managers (reviewers) and admins.

Enhanced Anonymity Control:

A new checkbox, "Make providers anonymous to managers & admins," ensures feedback remains anonymous across all management levels under 2 specific visibility conditions:

Feedback providers are anonymous, and results are visible
Both feedback provider names and results are hidden
