📢 New AI-Based User Summaries

We've introduced a new feature that would empower admins and managers to gain more effective and impactful insights through AI-generated summaries on user profiles:

🔹Admins can now enable AI-generated summaries in their users' profiles

🔹Admins and managers have full visibility of the user summaries and can regenerate new ones as they want.

🔹Aside from the Profile Summary, it will also include sections such as Strengths, Development Areas, Goal Progress and Key Achievements, Recognitions and Awards, and Feedback Summaries.

This can be enabled and disabled via the Admin Center, and admins are able to limit the visibility between Admins & Managers or simply Admins.

This feature is available for all Starter, Essential, and Professional users.
