🔍New Advanced AI Analysis on 360° Feedback Results

The new 360° Feedback results page has an advanced AI-generated analysis on the same page that gives you an honest summary, validated actionable insights, and a chat starter which allows users to ask questions about the 360-degree feedback results. 
The new 360-degree AI analysis page will have four main tabs to give you the in-depth analysis of this feedback cycle :
 1. Summary Tab:
Our new advanced AI-generated analysis summary
 consists of: 
Key insights
 — The defining narrative of the cycle. Names the strongest pattern that all sections agree on.
Summary of strengths 
— Calls out the highest-rated questions with their numeric scores, references how many qualitative comments support each, and where sections converge.
Development areas 
— Calls out the lowest-rated items with scores, the agreement across groups, and any secondary signals that compound the primary one (e.g. workload risk).
Actionable suggestions
 — Gives you 2–3 concrete next moves. Each move is referenced to the actions detailed in the Actionable Insights tab.
2. Actionable Insights Tab: 
New Actionable Insights 
tab translates the validated patterns into specific moves for the recipient and their manager can take. These insights consists of 2 sections:
Validated strengths to amplify
Growth opportunities
3. Suggested Goals & Tasks Tab:
The Suggested Goals & Tasks 
tab converts the validated growth themes from this cycle into concrete, time-bounded Goals and Tasks the recipient can push into their existing Teamflect Goals and Tasks workspaces with one click. This is the tab that closes the loop between feedback and follow-through.
4. Discuss Tab:
The Discuss
 tab gives the user a path from the read-only analysis to a conversation with Teamflect AI Agent, pre-scoped to this recipient's cycle.
Important to note
Advanced AI analysis is generated when submit due date passed and feedback gathered from at least 5 feedback providers. And updated after each feedback provider submits feedback.  
Advanced AI analysis only works for new 360-degree feedback cycles; old 360-degree feedback cycle AI-analysis tabs will remain unchanged.
