❓ N/A Option for Rating Questions

Rating questions in Reviews, Feedback, Surveys, and Meeting Check-ins
 now support a Not Applicable (N/A) option. N/A responses count as completed but are excluded from average score calculations. 
Additionally, if a reviewee has no goals or competencies assigned, those sections will automatically be marked as N/A so they no longer affect the overall review score.
