Managers can now create and manage Individual Development Plans for their direct reports when enabled by admins.

What changed:
  • New admin setting to let managers create, edit, archive, unarchive, and delete IDPs for their direct reports
  • Managers can now take action on behalf of employees
  • IDP statuses are now clearer: Draft, Active, Archived
  • Archived plans can now be unarchived
  • “Last updated by” details now show who made the latest changes
  • Notifications and success messages now reflect manager involvement more accurately

  • Makes manager involvement in employee development much easier
  • Helps teams collaborate on development plans without back-and-forth
  • Gives admins more control over how hands-on managers can be
