🚀 Manager sync from HRIS is now available in Teamflect

Teamflect now supports syncing employees’ manager information from a connected HRIS into the platform.

With this update, admins can choose HRIS as the source for manager data, helping ensure reporting lines in Teamflect stay aligned with the organization’s HR system. This is especially useful for companies that maintain employee hierarchy and manager relationships in systems like BambooHR or other HRIS providers.

For example, when HR updates an employee’s manager in the HRIS after a department change, promotion, or reorganization, that manager information can now be reflected in Teamflect as well. This helps keep workflows such as reviews, goals, feedback, and 1-on-1s connected to the correct manager.

Admins can manage this from the page in the under . If an HRIS connection is active, it can be selected as the manager information source.

This improvement helps reduce manual updates, keeps reporting lines more consistent, and creates a smoother experience across Teamflect features that rely on manager relationships.
