We’re thrilled to roll out a new feature that enhances the sharing capabilities for review and survey cycles within Teamflect. Admins can now easily share existing reviews and surveys by generating direct links and QR codes, seamlessly integrating these into your internal communications.

Shareable Links:

Generate unique URLs for any active review or survey cycle, making it simple to share directly with participants through various communication platforms.

QR Code Generation:

Create a QR code for immediate access to specific reviews or surveys, perfect for quick scanning in physical or hybrid environments.

Enhanced Accessibility:

Embed the new links or QR codes into emails, newsletters, intranet sites, or digital displays to boost visibility and engagement.

How to Use This Feature:

Go to the Review or Survey Module:
Select the cycle you want to share.
Choose Your Sharing Option:
Click on the 'Share' button and select between creating a direct link or a QR code.

Distribute and Communicate:
Copy the link or download the QR code for use in your communication materials.
