To get started, ensure the "
Enable Badge Points
" setting is activated in your Teamflect admin center. This empowers your employees to earn points redeemable for fantastic rewards. Follow these simple steps:
  1. Visit Your Admin Center:
    Log in to your Teamflect account and head to the Admin Center.
  2. Enable Rewards:
    Within the Admin Center, toggle on the option to enable rewards.
  3. Customize & Determine Rewards:
    Tailor the program to your organization's needs by customizing the Reward Page Message and creating various reward types with specific point requirements.
  4. Manage Reward Redeems:
    Seamlessly handle redemption requests from employees within the "See/Approve Reward Redeems" section, offering timely approval or rejection with optional notes.
In addition, empower your team with access to features like "My Rewards" and "My Redeemed Rewards" to track their points and browse available rewards effortlessly.
