Customizable Goal Types with User Restrictions

We're thrilled to announce a powerful enhancement to Teamflect: customizable goal types with user restrictions. Now, admins have the flexibility to tailor goal assignments based on specific user roles, ensuring effective goal management across the organization.

Admins can now customize goal types to specify who can use and assign them within Teamflect.

Admins can restrict goal types to be self-assignable, assignable by managers to their direct reports, assignable by Scoped Admins to employees in their scope, or exclusively assignable by Global Admins. Multiple options can be selected to suit diverse organizational needs.

Admin Configuration: Admins access the "Manage Goal Types" settings in Teamflect to customize goal types and set user restrictions based on role and scope.

Flexible Assignments: With the ability to restrict goal types, admins ensure that goals are assigned and managed appropriately, enhancing accountability and alignment.
