🎯 Custom Groups for Goals
You can now organize and share goals using Custom Groups,
without being tied to Microsoft Teams or department hierarchies.

Once enabled, both admins and users can create Custom Groups to reflect how teams actually work. Admins can also manage (edit/delete) all groups across the organization.
Why it matters
- Group goals by projects, cross-functional initiatives, or temporary task forces
- Improve visibility and alignment without changing your existing org structure
- Keep goal tracking flexible, focused, and practical
