You can now make Additional Comments mandatory for specific answers in rating and multiple-choice questions.
Why it matters:
Ensure reviewers add context where it’s most needed (e.g., low scores or “No” responses), leading to richer, more actionable feedback.
How it works
- Enable Ask for additional comments in your question settings.
- Select which ratings/options require a comment.
- Users can’t submit until those comments are filled in.
Stronger insights, less vague feedback.
