Bring Teamflect into your AI workflows with MCP: Now in beta

We're introducing the Teamflect MCP integration in beta, making it possible to connect Teamflect with supported AI assistants and interact with your Teamflect workspace directly through natural language.
Instead of navigating between different modules to find information or complete routine actions, you can simply ask your AI assistant.
Ask questions. Find what you need. Take action.
Once connected, MCP allows your AI assistant to securely interact with Teamflect on your behalf.
You can use it to:
Find information faster: 
Ask about your goals, tasks, reviews, direct reports, and other Teamflect data without searching for it manually.
Turn questions into actions:
 Create and update supported Teamflect items directly from your conversation with your AI assistant.
Get help without searching: 
Ask Teamflect product questions and get answers using information from the Teamflect Help Center.
Bring Teamflect into your existing AI workflow: 
Work with Teamflect alongside the other context and tools available in your AI assistant instead of treating it as a separate destination.
For example, you could ask:
"What goals am I currently working on?"
"Which reviews require my attention?"
"Summarize the active goals of my direct reports."
"Update my goal progress to 75%."
The AI assistant can then use Teamflect MCP to retrieve the relevant information or perform the supported action.
Your existing Teamflect permissions still apply
Connecting an AI assistant does not
 give it unrestricted access to your organization's Teamflect data.
MCP operates within the permissions of the authenticated Teamflect user. What you can access and do through your AI assistant is governed by what you're already authorized to access and do in Teamflect.

The Teamflect MCP integration is currently in beta. We're continuing to expand its capabilities and learn from real-world usage as customers begin incorporating Teamflect into their AI workflows.
