Once competencies are associated with job titles, you can now assign weights to these competencies to reflect their importance relative to each role. This ensures that the competencies critical for a specific position have a proportionate impact on the overall review scores.

How to Use:
  1. Go to https://admin.teamflect.com/#/career/roles.
  2. Ensure competencies are already linked to the job titles.
  3. Click ''Edit'' and assign weights to each competency for every job title.
Remember, each job title may have different weightage needs based on the role’s specific requirements.
This update provides you with the tools to tailor performance review processes more closely to your organizational standards and expectations.
