We are excited to announce a significant update to our Career module in Teamflect, allowing for greater customization and precision in performance evaluations. This update introduces the ability to assign specific weights to competencies associated with job titles, enhancing the accuracy of review scoring.

Assigning Weights to Competencies:
 Once competencies are associated with job titles, you can now assign weights to these competencies to reflect their importance relative to each role. This ensures that the competencies critical for a specific position have a proportionate impact on the overall review scores.
How to Use:
Go to https://admin.teamflect.com/#/career/roles.
Ensure competencies are already linked to the job titles.
Click ''Edit'' and assign weights to each competency for every job title.
Remember, each job title may have different weightage needs based on the role’s specific requirements.
This update provides you with the tools to tailor performance review processes more closely to your organizational standards and expectations.
