👥 Active Users Page Redesign & Improved Sign-In Management Messaging

We’ve redesigned the Active Users page in the Admin Center to provide a cleaner, more intuitive user management experience for administrators.

As part of this update:

The Active Users interface has been refreshed to improve usability and navigation
Sign-in management flows now include much clearer confirmation messaging before access rules are changed
Admins now receive more transparent explanations about how sign-in changes impact existing and future users

We also improved the messaging shown when switching between:

Open sign-ins for everyone in the Microsoft 365 tenant
Restricted access through approved users or security groups

The updated confirmation dialogs now clearly explain:

Who will be able to sign in
What happens to existing users
How approved user lists are affected
When the changes take effect

These improvements are especially valuable for organizations managing larger user populations and more controlled access policies across their Microsoft 365 environment.
