Hi there, when assigning tasks, can you assign a task to a whole team or to all staff/users at once? For example, if i am in a full team meeting and want to assign a task to every member of the organisation - i.e. complete mandatory training, or sign a birthday card, is that possible? I know you can set-up task groups with an automation but this doesn’t really do what I want it to do because you need to add all staff manually to the task group. I’d like to be in a full team meeting, open Teamflect, create a new task (i.e. complete this training asap) and then assign it to all staff (24 members), or all members linked to a certain team (i.e. Admin team - 5 members).
