Feature requests

It is difficult to find Tasks that do not have a due date assigned. You have to go to the the Home Dashboard to view all tasks. If I go to the Task dashboard, it only shows "Before Due" and "Past Due", even with "All tasks" selected in the drop down menu.

Any chance of getting a connection in Zapier so you can connect tasks to the Motion app?

I would love to be able to use Teamflekt for all my tasks instead of having half of them in another tool just because I do not want my subordinates of the rest of the organization to see them. Also I want to delegate tasks to my team, but do not want their subordinates to see the tasks because they are sensitive.

Currently the tasks are getting marked as closed with the date when we click the task closure. However, we should be able to close the task with a previous date with proper evidence of email confirmation or any other method. This is because some times people fail to update it in Teamflect about the Tasks closure even though the activity is completed.

When you update tasks groups in the upgrade panel, there should be an option "Do you want these task group updates to be applied to goals where the groups were added?" Example. My goal has "Task group A" with 4 items added as related tasks. In the panel, I added a 5th item. There should be an option where my goal or any other goal with "Task group A" automatically sees the 5th item added if desired.

Currently is possible to create onboarding group tasks to start after the hiring date but not prior to. Certain tasks are done before the hiring date, such as creating user, giving access to systems, setting up the workplace, etc. I know it sounds trick and it's a chicken egg situation. Maybe adding the ability of creating a reminder like 5 days before the due date would help. Scenario: Task Groups created > Tasks created > Create Automation > Set "0" as "days after the hire date" > Set reminder as "x days" before the start date.

Tasks and labels from outlook sync with those in teams and teamflect.

Currently, the tasks in a task group are sorted in the order they are added. It would be very helpful if I could reorder tasks within a task group to better prioritize and organize my workflow.

Add due date for checklist items under tasks that can show up in the main task list.
