Users will be able to use additional task statuses such as “In Progress” to better reflect the current state of their work. This helps improve clarity in task tracking, especially for tasks that span multiple days or require collaboration.

Hi there, when assigning tasks, can you assign a task to a whole team or to all staff/users at once? For example, if i am in a full team meeting and want to assign a task to every member of the organisation - i.e. complete mandatory training, or sign a birthday card, is that possible? I know you can set-up task groups with an automation but this doesn’t really do what I want it to do because you need to add all staff manually to the task group. I’d like to be in a full team meeting, open Teamflect, create a new task (i.e. complete this training asap) and then assign it to all staff (24 members), or all members linked to a certain team (i.e. Admin team - 5 members). Could this be looked at? Best wishes, Aaron

They don't stay on recurring occurrences. I have to add labels each recurrence.

It would be helpful if the manager has the option to also receive a notification when a task of one of his/her team members is not completed.

It would be helpful if Teamflect could detect email from outlook based on specific sender's email address with specific keyword set and update existing task accordingly. For example if keyword "Apple" is set for email to be received only from John@gmail.com , hence task created with keyword "Apple" is updated with date of the email received from specific email sender set in system, in this case : John@gmail.com .

Add a timeline (Excel-style table) for tasks, where one can indicate each individual task, the expected date of completion and the staff or team member responsible, to adequately track goal progress.

I need the ability to filter tasks in the API by created date and not just due date. This is so that I can perform automation actions based on when a task is created in Teamflect (through Power Automate)

The Ability to delete tasks in bulk from within Teamflect, when deleting tasks in Microsoft To Do it does not sync over to Teamflect.

It would be great if we were able to make subtasks under the Tasks tab.
