The possibility to fill the review by Managers earlier than employees and save it as a draft would help many companies to organize this review process in a more sustainable and efficient way. The draft should only be seen by Managers not employees and shared after employee filled their self-review.

"Anniversary Automation" as a new scenario in our review and survey scenarios. This automation is designed to automatically deliver reviews and surveys to employees on their work anniversaries, providing a personalized and impactful feedback experience.

Most of the employees of ours have more than 1 direct report. I would kindly ask you to improve this area. Also, I would like to be able uploading files to the system and being able to make changes within the file without needing re-upload each time after updating it. Thank you in advance.

The current behaviour is that these optional answers count as 0 if not evaluated and decrease the performance of the employee. The criterion is not required to have the possibility for the employee to perform on it if the opportunity is given to him but if it's not the case, his note shouldn't be impacted as it would be if the criterion could be put in a "N/A" status

The current feature is does not make the most of the 'self-serve' benefits of the platform by limiting requests to a managers direct reports only. A manager should be able to request and write a review for employees not in their immediate team without having to go through admin.

Currently, the 360-degree feedback section in Reviews relies on the default feedback expiration time set in the admin center. However, this can sometimes cause confusion when managers conduct reviews with different due dates. To make things smoother, we want to enable managers to select 360-degree feedback due dates directly within the app while starting a review. This will give them more flexibility and help avoid any confusion.

Having the ability to export reviews from a given cycle into a spreadsheet, to facilitate record-keeping.

I would like to create a space for the reviewee to provide a response to their review results. This would help in gathering more comprehensive feedback and ensure that both parties have a chance to communicate their thoughts on the review.
