The app lacks metrics to measure the adoption within the organisation. Metrics that will show how well the roll-out goes in the organisation. I would like to be able to see percentage of active users vs invited how many people used feedback module in specific month + percentage how many people actively used teamflect in one-on-ones + percentage how many users added their goals into teamflect +percentage how many users shared a recognition - active recognition users shown vs total number of users. All sets of data that will paint a picture - how is the rollout going, what should we address.
