Feature requests

It would be nice for the interface to remember your filter preferences. For example, I almost NEVER need to see Closed Goals, yet every time I login to look at goals, I always have to turn off the Closed Goal filter.

We are finding the fixed columns very limiting and would like to have the option to add additional ones. Customizable columns would be great. We would also like to be able to adjust the column width (like how one would do with an excel sheet).

Ability to archive last year's goals.

We will introduce Phase Targeting for goals, allowing you to break down goals into multiple phases, making it easier to track progress and achieve milestones step-by-step.

Users will see goal statuses update automatically based on progress trends over time. This helps teams understand whether a goal is truly on track or at risk, not just based on current value, but on how it's progressing toward the deadline.
