Feature requests

We are finding the fixed columns very limiting and would like to have the option to add additional ones. Customizable columns would be great. We would also like to be able to adjust the column width (like how one would do with an excel sheet).

It would be nice for the interface to remember your filter preferences. For example, I almost NEVER need to see Closed Goals, yet every time I login to look at goals, I always have to turn off the Closed Goal filter.

Ability to archive last year's goals.

A goal is tracked as a single target across its whole timeline, with no built-in way to break it into sequential milestones. This adds Phase Targeting, letting a goal be split into multiple phases that are tracked and achieved step by step. Useful for teams whose goals naturally progress through distinct stages rather than one continuous target.

Users will see goal statuses update automatically based on progress trends over time. This helps teams understand whether a goal is truly on track or at risk, not just based on current value, but on how it's progressing toward the deadline.
